UW Information Technology is continuing to monitor a major Microsoft 365 platform outage, including Outlook Exchange Online email & calendaring and Microsoft Teams, which is impacting users worldwide. Thank you for your patience while Microsoft actively works to resolve this issue.
Microsoft has reported that systems are beginning to be restored. Full restoration will take time as updates propagate across their infrastructure.
Known Impacted Service(s): Microsoft Office 365 Services

Users may see intermittent issues with Microsoft Office 365 services including:
- Outlook on the web
- Outlook desktop client
- Email delivery delays
- Microsoft Teams chat, video, and calendar issues
